My cobra bag is designed to teach you hand-eye coordination, timing and reflexes. All the components a true boxer needs.
The cobra bag is a hybrid between a floor to ceiling ball and a punching bag which works off a tensioned spring. With a specialised foam ball attached, it allows you to feel the impact of a sand bag.
The cobra bag is extremely easy to manoeuvre. With the option of choosing to bolt it down into a fixed location or sit a sand bag on top of the base and rearrange its location to suit.
